Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair, baby bath and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared, enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub and beach 3 miles. 
There is no electric charge point for cars. The owners have a Golden Retriever. Please Note: This property is for holiday lets only and does not accept worker bookings.
